The driveway leading from the street to the back of this homeowners' Congress Park home used much of their small lot. With their ideas and our experience, we redesigned the existing garage to first include convenient alley access. With an eye for historical accuracy that matches their 1920’s Denver Craftsman Bungalow, the new design also increased storage and improved accessibility. We then transformed the old driveway into a series of classic patios and luscious landscaping for lounging, entertaining, and gardening. The water fountain in the backyard is not just soothing, it blocks out any nearby street or alley noise. Now, these homeowners enjoy their backyard like never before!
