Our
goal was to “expand” the functional use and space without increasing
the footprint or “popping the top.” And, to do so in a way that
invoked the original charm and character of the 1911 craftsman-style
bungalow in Wash Park, while utilizing new and modern products
& techniques. In essence, to create a space that has the
timeless value & appeal of one of the cities Beloved Bungalows.
We accomplished just that, with a close working relationship
with the homeowners.
The new Kitchen blends effortlessly (in style and proportion)
into the existing home.
