While this Mid-Century Modern home in Krisana Park had been previously remodeled in the 90's, it was already in need of a makeover. The result of this whole house renovation was an updated space with modernized fixtures and finishes to bring a comfortable, Zen-like feel to the home, while reconfiguring the space to improve the flow and organization of the home.
Objectives
- Get rid of all of the white tile floors, white tile and laminate countertops, white laminate countertops, pink carpet, pink walls, well you get the picture - an update was needed.
- Create easier access from the kitchen to the outdoor for out door entertaining, as well as easier access from the garage to the interior of the home

- Use of natural materials - new cork flooring in the public space and natural carpet in the bedrooms, hardwood maple cabinets, concrete countertops, plus pebble and slate tile
- New double doors and patio space with custom fencing on the front of the house to create both an entry from the garage, as well as an outdoor entertainment space
