This lovely Washington Park home did not match the desires of the homeowners. The front entry and dining rooms were separate and cramped while the kitchen was very confined and in need of an update. By opening the walls between the entry and dining rooms, as well as the dining and kitchen, the main floor has become an open and welcoming space. And the new kitchen better reflects the modern style of the homeowners and brings better function to the space.
