Situated in West Washington Park, this 1908 1-1/2 story home had been renovated in the mid-90's. The new homeowners loved the openness and modern amenities of the 2nd floor, but the kitchen space was not suited to their needs. By opening structural walls throughout the space, we were able to significantly open the kitchen up to the remainder of the main floor.
