All while invoking the original charm and character of the 1911 craftsman-style Bungalow in Washington Park and utilizing new and modern products & techniques. In essence, to create a space that has the timeless value & appeal of one of the cities beloved Bungalows. The newly remodeled basement space blends effortlessly into the existing home.
Objectives
- Work within the existing footprint of the house, but rearrange the space so that it is more functional
- Gain un-used space in the basement for an extra bedroom and bathroom
- Compliment the original character and charm of the home
