This homeowner found this necessary when his young son &
daughter no longer wanted to share a room. The basement had
nice, tall ceilings (for an old house that is) and lots of potential.
So we transformed this full basement into a large Owner’s
Suite with a huge walk-in closet and modest yet elegant bathroom.
Now, this homeowner has the peace and quite of a private suite
but is still close to the kids as the new Family & Game
room is right next door. And, guess what? All that stuff that
was in the basement still has a place in the new and more functional
storage room. |
