| These
homeowners longed for a larger Owner’s Suite but loved
the charm and location of their Wash Park home. In addition,
their old garage offered very little storage space for their
two cars and shop space. One of their foremost priorities was
remodeling in a way that respected the beauty and charm of their
wonderful old home and neighborhood, which is standard practice
for our company. We converted what was once the attic into a
spacious, comfortable, and bright Owner’s Suite complete
with an oversized shower, large marble-top vanity, and a niche
to display their favorite antiques. The real bonus was that
we carved out a space to bring the washer & dryer upstairs
(instead of in the cramped cellar). In addition, the new garage
is now large enough for both cars plus a small wood shop where
these homeowners love to refinish antiques. |
